Lender Affirm Jumps After Strong Annual Forecast

Buy now, pay later lender Affirm Holdings' shares jump 15% to $92.35 in premarket trading.

AFRM forecasts FY 2026 gross merchandise value (GMV) - total dollar amount of all transactions on the Affirm platform - to be more than $46 billion, above market consensus of $45.67 billion, per LSEG data.
GMV from zero-percent financing monthly installment loans grew 93% in Q4 2025 as number of merchants funding those offers more than doubled.
RBC Capital Markets analyst Daniel Perlin says AFRM delivered beats across the board and a strong FY 2026 forecast.
15 of 25 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher and 10 "hold"; median PT $75 - data compiled by LSEG.
As of last close, AFRM stock up 31% YTD.
