智通财经APP获悉，据报道，软银集团(SFTBY.US)已采取行动，出售其在阿里巴巴几乎所有剩余股份。根据对一份监管文件的分析显示，此次出售最终将使软银在阿里巴巴的股份降至仅3.8%。
报道指出，软银今年已通过预付远期合约出售了价值约72亿美元的阿里巴巴股票。
软银在接受采访时表示，阿里巴巴的交易反映出该公司转向“防御模式”，以应对不确定性加大的商业环境，并补充称，该公司将在5月份的季度业绩报告中提供交易细节。
据了解，曾在去年，软银已经通过将所持阿里巴巴股份从23.7%减持至14.6%，获得了340亿美元的收益。在愿景基金部门遭遇严重亏损之际，软银试图充实现金储备。
而由于各种负面因素，阿里巴巴的市值已从2020年底触及的高点下跌了逾三分之二。截至发稿，阿里巴巴美股周三收跌5.93%，盘后续跌1.64%。
