Golden Link Worldwide Limited、台湾中润光电股份有限公司已同意以发售价认购合共110.00百万港元可购买的发售股份数目，假设发售价为每股股份58.85港元(即招股章程所载指示性发售价)，则基石投资者将予认购的发售股份总数将为1,869,200股发售股份，占16.13%（假设超额配股未获行使）。
