库珀医疗Q3营收不及市场预期，业绩指引疲软

9月10日，医疗器械公司库珀医疗盘后暴跌逾15%，此前该公司公布的第三季度业绩不及预期，并且第四季度和全年业绩指引也远低于分析师的预期。
该公司公布截至2026年7月31日的第三财季调整后每股收益为1.15美元，比分析师普遍预期的1.12美元高出0.03美元。然而，营收为10.7亿美元，低于分析师预期的11亿美元，尽管同比增长1%。该公司还宣布，在完成战略评估后，将继续保留CooperSurgical的股份，并认为收到的收购要约不符合股东的最佳利益。
“本季度取得了一系列显著进展，包括盈利超出预期、自由现金流创历史新高、CooperSurgical的生育产品业务稳步增长，以及一项重大税务事项的顺利完成。然而，CooperVision方面，我们减少了美国渠道库存，这拖累了我们的业绩，并将继续对第四季度产生影响，”CooperCompanies总裁兼首席执行官Al White表示。

2026财年全年业绩指引预计调整后每股收益为4.51美元至4.55美元，中值为4.53美元，低于市场普遍预期的4.63美元。营收预计在42.29亿美元至42.52亿美元之间，中值为42.41亿美元，低于市场预期的43.1亿美元。
