据彭博，2026年6月16日，SpaceX宣布与人工智能编程工具Cursor的开发商Anysphere达成最终合并协议。此次交易对Cursor的估值约为600亿美元，将通过全股票方式进行。
根据协议，SpaceX旗下的全资子公司X67 Inc.将与Cursor完成合并，Cursor将作为SpaceX的全资子公司继续独立运营。交易完成后，Cursor的普通股及优先股股东将有权获得SpaceX的A类普通股。
具体换股比例将根据Cursor 600亿美元的隐含股权价值，并结合SpaceX A类普通股在交易完成前连续七个交易日的成交量加权平均收盘价（VWAP）进行计算。
目前，该合并交易尚待监管机构批准，并需满足协议约定的其他交割条件。SpaceX预计，此项交易将于2026年第三季度正式完成。
