Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. (SSE: 601318) has announced the implementation details for its 2025 annual dividend distribution.
The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.75 yuan per share, including tax. This distribution is based on the total share capital of 18,107,641,995 shares prior to the implementation of the plan, resulting in a total cash payout of approximately 31.69 billion yuan.
The A-share capital amounts to 10,660,065,083 shares, with the corresponding A-share cash dividend totaling roughly 18.66 billion yuan.
The ex-dividend date for this distribution is set for June 10, 2026.
