Alibaba's AI Model and Application Services Set to Achieve Significant Revenue Milestones

During the Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings analyst call, Alibaba announced that revenue from its AI model and application services is experiencing exponential growth, emerging as a new revenue engine for the company.
Alibaba Group CEO Wu Yongming projected that the annualized recurring revenue (ARR) for AI model and application services, including the Bailian MaaS platform, will exceed 10 billion yuan in the June quarter and surpass 30 billion yuan by year-end.
