據一名熟悉相關事宜的消息人士向路透社透露，SpaceX 計劃透過首次公開招股（IPO）出售 5.556 億股股份，以每股 135 美元的目標價格集資 750 億美元。
路透社周二較早時報道，這家火箭及衛星通訊公司希望至少籌集 750 億美元資金，對應估值約為 1.75 萬億美元。
在 IPO 的這個階段便設定具體目標發售價極為罕見，因為計劃上市的公司通常會先制定一個發售價格區間，然後透過一系列向投資者推介的路演（roadshow）進行溝通。SpaceX 的路演將於周四展開。
一般而言，具體發售價通常要到正式招股前一天才會最終確定。
