XXF Group (02473) Shareholder Transfers HK$795 Million Worth of Shares from Minsheng Securities to CMB International Securities

Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on December 3, a shareholder of XXF Group (02473) transferred shares valued at HK$795 million from Minsheng Securities to CMB International Securities, accounting for 6.02% of the company's holdings.
In a separate announcement, XXF Group disclosed that on December 1, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary and/or certain affiliates (as lessees) entered into sale-and-leaseback agreements with the lessor, Zhejiang Zhihui Puhua Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Under the agreements, the lessees agreed to transfer certain vehicles, with a total consideration of approximately RMB5.8071 million, to the lessor and subsequently lease them back for a 48-month term. The total lease payments amount to roughly RMB6.4418 million.
