传音控股（688036.SH，02636.HK）10 月 13 日早间宣布其 H 股全球发售的发售价已厘定为每股 H 股 35.30 港元。
传音控股于10月7日至10月12日期间招股，招股价区间为每股35.30港元至38.80港元，最终定价取区间下限。本次公司拟全球发售约 8,664.83 万股H股，每手买卖单位为100股，入场费约3919港元。
传音控股主要从事以手机为核心的智能终端产品的设计、研发、生产、销售和品牌运营，旗下拥有 TECNO、Infinix、itel 三大手机品牌，并创办数码配件品牌 oraimo、售后服务品牌 Carlcare 和家用电器品牌 Syinix，销售网络覆盖非洲、南亚、东南亚、中东和拉美等新兴市场。
据 IDC 数据，2026年上半年公司在全球手机市场的占有率为 11.3%，在全球手机品牌厂商中排名第三，其中非洲智能机市场占有率排名第一。
财务数据显示，2026年上半年公司实现营业收入 354.31 亿元，同比增长 21.85%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润 17.73 亿元，同比增长 46.22%；扣非后净利润 14.80 亿元，同比增长 64.98%；毛利率提升至 22.63%。其中手机业务实现营收 297.21 亿元，占总营收 83.88%；扩品类及移动互联等其他业务实现营收 56.83 亿元，同比增长 91.3%。
