By the time of writing, Baidu Group-SW (09888) had surged 8.67% to HK$142.90; Alibaba-W (09988) climbed 4.27% to HK$148.90; Kuaishou-W (01024) advanced 3.52% to HK$66.20; and Tencent (00700) increased 3.76% to HK$621.50.
