据报道，SpaceX考虑在今年计划的 IPO 中采用双层股权结构，效仿创始人马斯克在特斯拉提出的方案。
双层股权结构会让特定股东持有的股票拥有更高投票权，从而掌控公司决策。这能让马斯克等内部人士即便只持有少数股份，也能维持控制权。
消息人士称，SpaceX 正在扩充董事会成员，为 IPO 做准备，并推动马斯克在传统火箭卫星业务之外的太空野心。
SpaceX 计划今年晚些时候上市，融资规模或高达500 亿美元，用于建设太空 AI 数据中心和月球工厂。公司近期还收购了马斯克的 xAI，正式切入人工智能领域。

双层股权结构在 Meta、谷歌等科技公司中普遍使用，通常让创始人持股拥有10～20 倍投票权，普通股东仅 1 票。批评者认为这会降低公司问责性。

马斯克曾公开支持双层股权，并试图在特斯拉设立类似结构，以获得至少 25% 投票权，否则威胁将 AI 和机器人业务迁至别处。
彭博此前还报道，SpaceX 已探讨与特斯拉合并的可行性，部分投资者也在推动此事。
