$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ For Singapore market, I only do long term investment (in quantum of years). The bulk of my portfolio comprise banking stocks and REITS. I started looking into this stock only after a PropNex agent brought me to their co-sharing office. The dividend is close to 4% YOY. I bought some since 3 1/2 years ago. Today as I do my review over my portfolio, I realise the ratio of the average profit returns per annum is even higher than any of the banking stocks I have. This is a pleasant surprise indeed.
