Apple’s new “Answers” team is developing a lightweight ChatGPT rival to enhance user access to world knowledge, signaling a more independent AI direction. While the iPhone 17 Pro’s early sighting hints at continued hardware innovation, Apple’s loss of AI talent to Meta and recent executive reshuffles highlight transitional challenges. I see these moves as part of a broader strategy shift that could unlock new growth streams, making the current market levels an attractive long-term entry point.
