$FLYW (+12.1% to $21.48) just smashed through its 52-week high after a huge Q3 beat-and-raise cleanest chart on my screen today

While a lot of stocks are trying to dig their way out of October holes, $Flywire Corp.(FLYW)$ just blew the roof off its 52-week high ($20.24) on Wednesday, ripping +12.1% to $21.48 and trading right at the high of the day.

Look at how clean Tuesday night’s Q3 report was:

  • Crushed the top line: Revenue jumped 25.1% YoY to $250.3M (beating estimates by $17.3 million!), with Total Payment Volume up 27.7% to $17.8 billion across education, healthcare, and travel.

  • Massive operating leverage: Adjusted EBITDA surged 39.2% YoY to $79.5M, pushing EBITDA margins to 32.5% (+310 bps YoY). They even released their $39M US tax valuation allowance because domestic profitability is now locked in.

  • Raised full-year guidance: Hiked full-year FX-neutral revenue growth to 25%–27% and raised their EBITDA margin expansion guide to 300–360 bps.

Look at Wednesday’s intraday tape: it opened at $20.90, held above the old $20.24 52-week high all morning ($20.62–$20.88), and then algos just marched it straight up to $21.48 by midday. Zero overhead resistance left.

My game plan:

  • Current price: ~$21.48 (New 52-week high)

  • Buy zone on any pullback: $20.25 – $20.85 (old 52-week ceiling at $20.24 is now the floor)

  • Stop loss: Below $19.50 (back inside the old range)

  • Targets: $23.00 first, then $25.00+ as analyst price target upgrades roll in.

Anyone else riding this breakout into blue-sky territory?
