$GoDaddy(GDDY)$ was one of my favorite stealth charts on Friday. It actually opened slightly red at $103.70, trapped the early shorts, and then went straight up for six and a half hours to close at $117.24 (+10.72%) on 3.57M shares.
Why the sudden love? For the last year, everyone wondered if their Airo AI tool was just a marketing buzzword. On the Q3 call, management confirmed that after making Airo the default website-builder in the domain checkout flow, it contributed incrementally to bookings growth for the first time.
They posted $2.08 GAAP EPS (+37.7% YoY, easily beating $1.85 estimates), $1.34B in revenue, and $481M in free cash flow in a single quarter plus they guided to the high end of full-year revenue. Even after Friday's 10.7% pop, you're only paying 17.4x P/E (and ~8.4x free cash flow) for a cash cow that's buying back shares hand over fist.

One of the biggest mistakes I made early on was thinking I needed to trade more to make more. I eventually realized that taking fewer, better-understood setups and controlling the downside mattered far more. Owen Moshey’s teaching around risk management really helped me change that mindset.

That was one of the biggest changes for me too. I used to focus almost entirely on finding entries, but his approach made me pay more attention to position size, invalidation levels, and what happens if the trade goes against me. That part of trading is easy to underestimate when you’re starting out.

I came across his profile recently. His market breakdowns are probably the easiest place to start if you want to understand how he approaches the market.

I keep seeing Owen Moshey mentioned in different trading discussions. I’ve been trying to make sense of the current macro environment myself, but there’s so much conflicting information. For people who follow his work, where do you usually find his market analysis and daily breakdowns?

The longer I'm in the market, the more I realize psychology matters just as much as analysis. Nobody tells beginners that.
