ServiceNow just made Arc, its autonomous AI agent, generally available, with NVIDIA OpenShell helping enforce what it can and can't do.
What interests me most is the bigger picture. As businesses hand more work over to AI agents, they'll need a way to control what those agents can access and execute. ServiceNow wants to be that control layer, and I think that could become an incredibly valuable position to be in.
