Anthropic just dropped its IPO prospectus, and it's striking. They're warning investors that advanced AI could pose "catastrophic or existential risks to humanity."
At the same time, they're projecting a $2 trillion valuation while showing a $42 billion loss last year and $518 billion in planned compute/cloud commitments. Basically: "This tech might end the world, but here's our growth story."
Hard to see the market not having a field day with this one. Is anyone actually pricing in the risk language, or is it just noise at this point?
