The reality is Strategy is currently trading at a Price to Sales ratio of 107.14x. Investors are paying a huge premium over the Net Asset Value of the underlying Bitcoin stack.
MSTR's price history is littered with extreme peak to trough corrections. Michael Saylor's strategy is heavily dependent on continuous equity dilution & extreme crypto price fluctuations. This makes it a highly speculative vehicle that regular investors should approach with caution.
I believe it is far better to buy $iShares Bitcoin Trust(IBIT)$ as it is safer than chasing MSTR at a premium. iBIT offers me clean liquidity, zero corporate debt considerations and is managed by BlackRock, the largest asset manager on Earth.
