Beginner guide to Clean spark analysis TigerTrade

This is particularly interesting because CLSK is no longer just a Bitcoin-mining story. It is increasingly becoming a power + data-center + AI/HPC infrastructure story, while still retaining substantial Bitcoin exposure.

$CleanSpark, Inc.(CLSK)$

🟢 Fundamental catalyst

The biggest recent development is the Sandersville project.

CleanSpark has signed a 20-year triple-net lease worth approximately $6.6 billion for its Sandersville, Georgia facility. The project is planned for 175 MW of critical IT load, with approximately $330 million of average annual NOI and a 3% annual rent escalator. Initial rent commencement is targeted for Q4 2027.

That potentially changes the way investors value CLSK:

Old narrative

Bitcoin mining → Bitcoin price → mining revenue → CLSK share price

New narrative

Bitcoin mining

Cash flow + Bitcoin treasury

Power & land infrastructure

AI/HPC data centres

Long-term contracted revenue

That second model could give investors another source of valuation beyond simply Bitcoin.

⚠️ But there is a major risk

The AI opportunity requires substantial capital.

CleanSpark’s subsidiary announced plans for approximately $2.23 billion of senior secured notes to finance the Sandersville build-out. The project therefore brings significant leverage and construction/execution risk.

So I would watch:

AI/data-centre opportunity ↗️

versus

Debt + construction risk ↗️

That is one of the most important CLSK variables.

3. Bitcoin side of the business

CleanSpark reported 13,703 BTC holdings as of August 31, 2026, after producing 593 BTC during August. Its operational hashrate was 50 EH/s, while its contracted power portfolio exceeded 1.8 GW.

So CLSK effectively gives investors exposure to several things:

BTC price + mining economics + electricity costs + hashrate + power infrastructure + AI data centres.

This is why CLSK can be considerably more volatile than a normal technology company.

4. Technical analysis

CLSK closed at approximately $14.47 on September 18, 2026, after rising 8.39% that day on roughly 29.6 million shares.

Recent price action:

* Sept 2: $11.33

* Sept 3: $12.58

* Sept 11: $13.67

* Sept 15: $12.62

* Sept 17: $13.35

* Sept 18: $14.47

That shows a strong short-term recovery.

📈 Important technical zones

Based on the recent price structure:

Resistance

* ~$14.49

* ~$14.60–$14.75

* Then the previous larger-range highs become relevant.

Support

* ~$13.30–$13.50

* ~$12.60–$12.80

* ~$11.30–$11.60

Recent technical data also shows the 20-, 50-, 100- and 200-day moving averages below/around the current price, with the daily moving-average configuration generally positive.

The important point is that $14.49 is immediately interesting because it was the September 18 intraday high. A sustained move above that area with strong volume would provide a different technical setup from simply buying after a large one-day move.

5. The Options Puppy way 🐶📈

For your style, I wouldn’t look at CLSK only as:

“Buy or don’t buy.”

I would break it into three possible strategies:

🟢 Bullish setup

Watch for a convincing breakout above the recent ~$14.49 area.

Confirmation could include:

Price breakout + strong volume + BTC strength + continued AI/data-centre news

rather than relying on price alone.

🟡 Pullback setup

Instead of chasing an 8% move, watch whether CLSK pulls back toward previous support areas around $13.30–$13.50.

That creates a different risk/reward profile.

🔵 Options strategy

Because CLSK is highly volatile, an investor who is genuinely comfortable owning 100 shares could study cash-secured puts at a price where they would actually be happy to own the shares.

For example, rather than asking:

“How can I collect the biggest premium?”

ask:

“At what price would I genuinely want to own CLSK if Bitcoin falls and the AI story gets delayed?”

That is a much safer way to think about selling puts.
