$Oracle(ORCL)$ ORCL earnings are this week, Thursday September 10. OpenAI astra has momentum, and there's good news around it. ORCL's future is tied to OpenAI. Now it's up to ORCL management to deliver results and run a solid earnings call.
For once I'd like to see management actually prepared when they host these calls. That includes the two co-CEOs who have been missing in action. Show up prepared, be optimistic. Defend the stock against short sellers the way Alex Karp did when Burry was involved.
And the new CFO? Don't come across lost in the woods like last quarter. Build a better relationship with Wall Street and institutions.
As for Ellison, he's been absent. Didn't attend the last earnings call. Does he have something more important going on? For the sake of shareholders, attend the call, talk about the opportunity in front of you, and defend the stock.
