$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$  Applied Optoelectronics posted a blowout fiscal Q2 2026. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.06 against a $0.01 consensus, while revenue hit $191.92 million versus the $190.48 million estimate, up 86.4% from $102.95 million a year ago. The company also noted this was its fifth straight quarter of record revenue.

Datacenter was the main driver, more than doubling to $107.66 million from $44.79 million a year earlier. 800G volumes more than doubled sequentially, and the company says its in-house laser manufacturing keeps it insulated from the supply constraints hitting competitors. CATV revenue also moved up to $80.58 million from $56.02 million year-over-year. AOI swung to non-GAAP profitability after a non-GAAP net loss of $8.83 million in Q2 2025.
