First disclosed in his 2013 Berkshire Hathaway shareholder letter, the 90/10 Strategy outlines how the cash bequeathed to his wife (Astrid Menks) should be invested after his death:
90% in a low-cost S&P 500 index fund (Buffett specifically suggested Vanguard's, such as VOO).
10% in short-term U.S. government bonds (Treasury bills).
