SK Hynix, $Micron Technology(MU)$ , and Samsung have already sold out their 2027 DRAM/HBM capacity.

On the NAND side, $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ , Samsung, and Micron's current annual capacity is also sold out, with Kioxia and SK Hynix expected to finalize allocations by August 2026.

Customers are only getting allocated 60-70% of the volumes they initially requested. Industry insiders are pointing to 2027 as the most severe moment of memory shortage. Allocation amounts are mostly decided, but final shipment pricing will be determined closer to delivery.
