Earnings Battle: $GOOGL & $GEV Bullish, $INTC Faces Pressure

President Trump said to buy $Intel(INTC)$ at $20. This year it hit $140+ Now it reports earnings Thursday down to ~$97. Here's the full earnings analysis:

$Intel(INTC)$ — Thurs, after close

Guidance: ~$13.8–14.8B rev, 39% margin, $0.20 EPS all sequential declines.

Trades ~147x fwd. Street PT: $96. 31 of 48 analysts on Hold.

Govt + $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ ($5B) + SoftBank ($2B) = a floor, not a launchpad.

🔴 Bearish into the print. Priced for perfection after a 278% run; Foundry losses are the swing factor.

$GE Vernova Inc.(GEV)$ — Wed, before open

The clean Wednesday-daytime story (no mega-cap noise til the close).

AI-datacenter power demand + gas-turbine backlog. Street wants another FY guidance raise.

Down ~13% from its $1,196 ATH.

🟢 Bullish best-in-class AI-power play. Only risk is the 67x fwd multiple pricing in a lot.

$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ — Wed, after close

Cloud growth + capex guide + margin durability. Gemini 3.5 Pro delay is the known overhang, not a surprise.

Down ~12%, still ~22–27x. Cheapest mega-cap in the group.

🟢 Bullish strongest risk/reward of the Wednesday four.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ — Wed, after close

No formal guidance. It's all robotaxi: first Austin/Miami revenue-per-mile data + whether auto margin holds >17%.

Down ~23%. Options price a ~7.6% move.

⚪ Neutral / high-variance. Fundamentals soft, narrative binary. This one's a coin flip — trade the reaction, not the print.

$IBM(IBM)$ — Wed, after close

Already pre-warned July 15 (prelim well below estimates). BofA cut target to $280. Down ~34%.

This isn't a preview it's the damage report.

Bearish on trend, but a chunk of the bad news is already out. Watch for a "reset the bar, stop the bleeding" bounce.

$ServiceNow(NOW)$ — Wed, after close

Washed out: fell -17.8% after April, down ~51% from its high. Options price a ~13% move.

The whole SaaS de-rating in one name.

Neutral-to-bullish (contrarian). Risk/reward is finally balanced stabilized cRPO guidance = violent relief bounce. But the trend is broken, so it's binary.

$Nokia Oyj(NOK)$ — Thurs, before open

Just launched first commercial AI-RAN. Recent upgrades (SEB, Danske → Buy). Down ~40%.

The overlooked AI-infra read-through.

Bullish (lower conviction). Cheap, upgrade cycle, real AI optionality but it's a story that needs the guide to confirm.

The setup:

Wed after-close = 4-way pileup (TSLA/GOOGL/NOW/IBM).

Thursday AM is your highest-traffic reaction window.

  • My highest-conviction: 🟢 GOOGL, GEV.

  • Most dangerous: 🔴 INTC into the run-up.
