I find the semiconductor sector quite exciting. If I were to highlight five names in the industry, they would be:

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$

The best large-scale semiconductor manufacturing backbone. It offers pure-play exposure to global chip demand and foundry leadership.

$ASML Holding NV(ASML)$

Valuation requires caution, but its position is structurally irreplaceable. Its extreme strategic positioning in EUV lithography makes it a true bottleneck in the entire semiconductor value chain.

Advantest Corporation

A key leader in semiconductor test equipment, playing a critical role in validation and quality control across the chip supply chain. I like its deeper position in the value chain where demand tends to be sticky.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$

The clear demand leader in AI compute, still benefiting from accelerating infrastructure buildout across hyperscalers and enterprise AI adoption.

$ARM Holdings(ARM)$

Possesses an extremely strong moat with high switching costs and a deeply embedded architecture ecosystem. It's hard to displace once integrated into large-scale chip design workflows.

My approach leans more toward long-term compounders and dominant platforms rather than chasing early unknowns. This group reflects where I see structural strength and durable demand concentrated within the semiconductor space.

I'm curious how others are positioned and which names they think might be missing from a list like this.
