$ONDS Expands Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Platform with Cyberhawk Acquisition:
$ONDS has agreed to acquire Cyberhawk in a deal valued at approximately $125 million, strengthening its presence across the utilities, energy, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
The acquisition adds a customer base of more than 300 organizations, a business model with 95% recurring revenue, and roughly $95 million in contracted backlog. Cyberhawk also brings a valuable proprietary dataset built from over 500,000 infrastructure inspections, enhancing $ONDS’ capabilities in AI-driven asset intelligence and critical infrastructure monitoring.
