$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ spcx ipo is sucking the juice out of tsla stock [LOL] Tsla is just trading sideways. If you believe spcx and tsla will merge it's actually better to buy tsla stock as spcx valuation is very high and the larger company (spcx) will have to dilute shareholders to buy tsla.
