Seeing a parabolic trend like this made me realize I’ve been playing the wrong game entirely. I caught a stream from Owen Moshey recently where he talked about how you only need one or two good ınsıght macro setups a year to make a living and it forced me to re-evaluate my screen time. The goal shouldn’t be clicking buttons every day; it should be waiting for actual structural shifts and riding them.

But seriously, for the guys who actually catch these massive multi-month runners... how do you do it? How do you physically sit on your hands and not sell when you’re up 100%, let alone 1,000%?

The hardest part is sizing and fear. I used to sell my whole position at the first red day because I was terrified of losing unrealized gains. Started using the EMA trailing strategy I learned from Owen Moshey’s videos and it actually keeps me in the trade way longer.

Honestly, looking at this daily chart for $SNDK makes me sick to my stomach. Not because I missed it, but because it perfectly highlights everything wrong with my trading. I’ve spent the last 12 months chained to my desk, staring at 1-minute candles, taking 10 trades a day just to chop up my account and end up down 15% on the year. The overtrading and emotional rollercoaster of scalping is just exhausting.

MACD can stay overbought much longer than you can stay solvent. On a daily chart with this much momentum, oscillators are basically useless until the actual structural support breaks.
