Distributable income for the period stood at S$74.6 million, a 20.7 per cent rise year on year from S$61.8 million.
Net property income rose 19.4 per cent to S$105.2 million for Q1, from S$88.1 million the year prior.
Revenue for the period was up 18.4 per cent year on year at S$121 million, from S$102.2 million.
Gearing stood at 35.1%
