AI Industry Chain

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!

1.

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ , $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ , $Microsoft(MSFT)$ & $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ are racing to own the AI infrastructure layer because whoever owns the compute owns the toll booth of the next digital economy.

Build the platform first then let the ecosystem build on top and capture margin on every workload that runs through your stack.

2.

$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ partners with one of India’s largest IT services firms Tata Consultancy to deploy Helios rack-scale AI infrastructure.

This is AMD moving up the stack into full-system AI platforms to compete with $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ DGX/HGX model for customers who want an alternative to CUDA lock-in.

Peter Lynch favored the PEG ratio because it ties valuation to growth.

I prefer using it over a 2026–2028 window so valuation adjusts for how fast the business is actually compounding.

For example, $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ may trade at ~31x forward earnings but EPS is expected to grow from $4.46 in 2026 to $11.80 in 2028 implying ~63% earnings CAGR so their PEG is ~0.5.
