Second for the week! Let’s review a few more names:
Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD)
HOOD is back into its long-term dark green support trendline. However, it has yet to fill its quarterly imbalance at 66.91.
On the daily chart, HOOD closed just below this trendline, although there's a subtle bullish divergence present on RSI.
HOOD needs to reclaim its 2021 prior ATH at 85 and break above the 3 resistance trendlines, particularly the ATH main resistance trendline for a reversal and move back into the last ATH at 153.86.
Otherwise, HOOD could find itself back into the 66.91 quarterly imbalance.
Should that level be lost, this could turn into a much deeper retracement, with the half-yearly imbalance sitting at 43.83.
NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES)
NTES rejected off its 1.618 Fib extension at 145.25 and channel resistance. Since then, it's been in a broadening consolidation pattern.
NTES began filling its half-yearly imbalance at 104-122. Currently, NTES is sitting at descending green support, with a small bullish divergence on the daily RSI.
If NTES reclaims 122.24, then this descending support retest could have legs back into the red resistance trendline.
Otherwise, if NTES breaches this descending support, it could see downside continuation into the 110.15 quarterly imbalance, and as far as channel support with time.
The monthly chart formed a bearish stochastic crossover last month, so I'm wary on this name.
Viking Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VKTX)
VKTX is compressing between the 38.29 Fib level and the 2018 prior ATH at 24. It's also bounded below the ATH red resistance trendline.
Currently, VKTX is back at short-term green trend support. If it breaks below trend, then it likely retests 24 once more. Note that its long-term dark green trendline is still very far below its current levels.
Otherwise, VKTX could potentially range back into the 38 level once more.
Note that VKTX has to break the Fib level, the red resistance trendline, and the 44-47 quarterly imbalance for a reversal to take place.
