MY 3 BIGGEST GROWTH PORTFOLIO MISTAKES

1. Not building size in the pure-play drone names when the window was wide open. I saw the opportunity in $ONDS, bought shares at $0.73 but sold at $3.17 because the move felt too fast. I did restart the position at $5.26 but the hesitation cost me some upside.

2. I believed the AI Utility names like $IREN Ltd(IREN)$ & $Cipher Mining Inc.(CIFR)$ were built for what I call the overflow era which is that brief high-margin window where AI compute demand outstrips what $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ AWS, $Microsoft(MSFT)$ Azure & $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ Cloud can supply. What I underestimated was how long that imbalance would last & how insatiable the demand for compute would become. I own both names now.

3. I put $Robinhood(HOOD)$ on my watchlist in the $20s but never added because I viewed it through a commodity lens & failed to recognize how powerful its attention-monetization engine was becoming with more than 11 business lines generating over $100M per year.

Reflecting on my mistakes is always part of my process. The lesson is not to be more aggressive for the sake of aggression but to recognize when fear of being early, discomfort with momentum or overconfidence in a prior assumption is shaping my decisions in ways that pull me out of the moves that actually create long-term compounding.
