International oil prices fell on the 19th. At the close of trading that day, the price of light sweet crude oil futures for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell $1.30 to settle at $59.44 per barrel, a decrease of 2.14%; the price of Brent crude oil futures for January delivery on the London ICE Futures Exchange fell $1.38 to settle at $63.51 per barrel, a decrease of 2.13%.
COMEX gold futures rose 0.29% to $4078.3 per ounce; COMEX silver futures rose 1.08% to $51.065 per ounce.

But I am not sure why people are so quick to discount the noise about the AI bubble. As investors we cannot simply tune out background noise because we are holding certain assets.
Taking a callous attitude to what will eventually happen and cause the market to reel... now that's a recipe for disaster.
Best to keep a diversified portfolio. Not just by industry, but by country too, China has had a few solid results too but seem to be held back by cautious market sentiment.
