$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ yes I know it's expensive. When I finally pulled the trigger after months of deliberation it had gone from the $30 range to $69. Brought some more around $90 and a few more around $120. Trading today off its highs I still like it at $180.

It's PE is just insane, but going thru the latest earnings, well it's just a cash machine going forward. my belief is that long term it could easily be part of the magnificent 7. So I'll just keep accumulating it.

For me personally, paying say $200 per share is not a huge problem risk wise, cause my dca is still under $100, and I have trimmed it at several points to the extent that I have none of my initial capital in it Anymore. It's all just pure profits.

It's a risk strategy I use over time with most growth stocks I own. Get in, and as the price increases Over time I take out The initial investment. So in this way with higher risk and often expensive stocks. I'm only left playing with the houses money.

I did this with $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ very successfully and $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$. And very recently have started building a position in $iren.

All of these companies have their future potential well priced in, and are ALL very expensive. But all have massive potential to go even more ballistic. But if they do go to zero, I'm not happy, but in real terms, I have not lost a dime.

So a stock being overvalued, is an interesting question. And it goes back to worth. Worth is actually not based on a companies asset backing be it tangible or intangible (like a USP or another moat) all the companies I have discussed here all have significant moats. worth realistically cannot be derived from the current values of future cash flows either, because DCF analysis is full of so many assumptions over a long time frame, so not a good way to determine worth.

From an emotional investor perspective, the worth of a company is the price someone is willing to pay for it at a given time. Today palantir is worth about $180, a few days back I think it traded at almost $220. So that's what it was worth.
