CRWD: New High Zone, Momentum Intact

$CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc.(CRWD)$

$551.92 (+1.64%): New high zone into AI-cyber hype; watch the $535–$570 breakout band

Market Recap (as of Oct 31, 2025):

CrowdStrike closed at $551.92, up +1.64%, finishing less than 1% below its 52-week intraday high at $555.81 and extending its YTD gain to just over 60%.

Volume around 1.87M shares stayed slightly under the 3.03M average, pointing to a controlled grind higher rather than a blow-off spike.

Today’s strength was driven by renewed AI-security enthusiasm after Wedbush raised its price target from $525 to $600 and reiterated an Outperform, highlighting CrowdStrike as a leading winner in AI-powered cybersecurity ahead of Q3 earnings on Nov 25, 2025.

Valuation remains rich: Yahoo Finance shows a forward P/E ~103x, versus the S&P 500’s forward multiple near 23x, leaving CRWD trading at a substantial premium to the market and its own history, where P/E has often been extremely elevated or not meaningful due to negative GAAP earnings.

Technical Indicators Analysis:

Technically, CRWD is in a clean uptrend, riding above the rising 20-day EMA (~$517.5) and 50-day EMA (~$491.7) while breaking out from its October consolidation toward fresh highs.

The MACD is firmly positive with the MACD line above zero and signal, confirming bullish momentum, while the RSI near 70 signals an overbought but still trending tape that often precedes continued upside with shallow pullbacks.

From here, the next week is likely a high-volatility grind inside roughly $535–$570: first support sits at $535–$540, then the $520 area (20-day EMA) and $500–$495 (prior breakout + 50-day EMA).

Immediate resistance is the $555–$560 high zone; a decisive daily close above $560 on solid volume could open room toward $585–$600, broadly aligned with the latest Street targets, while a break back below $520 would warn of a consolidation back toward the high-$400s as traders de-risk into earnings.
