‌$Smart Digital Group Ltd(SDM)$ ‌Just to clarify, I know it's a scam because I am in a pig butchering scam group, they first give out random tech stockrecomendations to lure you in, they go up you think your a genius for trusting them, then they give you the VIP stock, and it's a pure grabo stock with no recent finnacial filings, high insider ownership and no shortability.

They desperatly ask you for screenshots of transactions and ask you to buy even more, it's a playbook we have seen time and time again and real people lose thousands to these scams, please please save yourself before it crashes, do not invest in this.

I already know normal people have lost millions and millions to this, dont let it happen to you too.

  Just from looking at it I see alot of red flags, they had a tiny IPO (7 million dollars), have high insider ownership, no long fund ownership and headquatered in hong kong. I would not be surprised if this stock is about to be pumped by whatsapp scammers.

I’ve been court in what’s app scams before so I really checked this one out! I think it’s ok! Vanguard are one of the biggest private investors groups out there and I don’t believe that there is any real benefit to them to be scammers! They have never been involved in any scams before according to my AI research! So I’m staying with them and I see the stock on the way up ! One can only do what one’s comfortable with, but this is just what I’m thinking! Every one needs to do there own due diligence! Take care people Cheers 🫡

  They sell you worthless shares at 15 dollars a share, insiders control 80% of the float, they offload all these worthless shares and then the price dumps 80-90% violently

  They make money by selling worthless shares to the public for 10-15 dollars, then the company finally releases their financials and everyone realises the value of the company is close to a dollar a share due to dilution, this same thing has happened 10x this year look up pig butchering pump and dump

  That’s so incredible to hear man, please be careful of any WhatsApp groups, generally they are all scams and I would recommend watching some videos on pig butchering scams, the Wall Street millennial has a good video on the subject which I really liked “inside look at a pump and dump scam”
