TTD is Grossly Undervalued Now

$Trade Desk Inc.(TTD)$ is grossly undervalued now.

It's facing some headwinds, but nowhere near to justify a 67% drop.

Let's make some very conservative assumptions:

- 15% annual growth

- 25 times exit multiple

- 25% net income margin

We get a $34 billion company in 2030.

Discount it back to this day at 8% annual rate, and we get a $23 billion company.

It's currently valued at $22 billion, meaning it's undervalued even on very conservative assumptions.

In a bit bullish scenario, it can easily double in the next 5 years.
