π―ππ BITF | 116K Contracts Traded! Options Fuel Parabolic Breakout πππ―
$Bitfarms Ltd.(BITF)$ $CME Bitcoin - main 2509(BTCmain)$ $BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc.(BMNR)$ 12Sep25 πΊπΈ/ 13Sep25 NZT π³πΏ This post is for my mate @Queengirlypops BITF is not drifting, it's erupting! π π π Multi-timeframe structure has flipped decisively bullish, options traders are piling in with 116K contracts traded and IV surging to 162, and the setup screams parabolic breakout. Pattern trading absolutley rules!
π₯ Options & Flow Explosion
β’ Over 116K contracts traded today with IV spiking +7 pts to 162% which signals pure demand for upside exposure.
β’ Strike-level receipts:
β’ $2 Calls (9/10/25 expiry): 4,174 contracts, $62,590 premium.
β’ $2 Calls (9/26/25 expiry): 5,054 contracts, $126,246 premium.
β’ $2 Calls (9/19/25 expiry): 2,576 contracts, $36,187 premium.
β’ $3.5 Calls (2/20/26 expiry): 2,604 contracts, $153,620 premium.
β’ This adds up to nearly $380K in concentrated premium flow, stacking conviction across short-dated $2 strikes for immediate momentum and long-dated $3.5 strikes for convexity into 2026.
β’ Call volume is 72 percent above average with more than 21K calls traded which shows smart money betting big on a parabolic leg.
β’ π·ππ· The rare triple blue diamonds are flashing. BITF also landed in the Top 10 bullish single stocks by delta volume alongside OPEN, SNPS, MU, CRCL, CIFR and others.
β’ With dealers pinned short gamma, a run into 3.50 to 4.00 could force hedging flows. That creates a self-reinforcing loop that can accelerate BITF toward 5+ if BTC holds above 116K.
π Technical Structure
β’ BITF penetrates the weekly Ichimoku cloud and is all the way in, with the tip almost touching the top of the gorging cloud, leaving no room for imagination and fantasy.
β’ The weekly RSI downtrend line is the trigger. A decisive break unleashes parabolic potential.
β’ On lower timeframes price is riding the upper Keltner and Bollinger bands and has reclaimed the 55 EMA with authority.
β’ Volume confirms urgency with roughly 25 percent of outstanding trading in one session and a weekly gain near 60 percent.
π― Levels and Path
β’ Near term: 3.08
β’ Short term: 4 to 5 if RSI break holds
β’ Primary extension: 6.93
β’ Longer term optionality: 9 to 10 if momentum compels a full catch-up re-rate
β’ Three-month framework (from attached chart): Bear 2.10, Base 4.75, Bull 6.75. Iβm skewed Base to Bull while the weekly cloud holds.
β‘ Catalysts and Sector Tape
β’ The stock started pumping when Ben Gagnon did his HCW talk. The talk and deck were convincing that BITF can get AI and HPC data centers done.
β’ Crypto stocks jumped in premarket trading: CleanCore Solutions +24, Asset Entities +12, Bitfarms +10, Upexi and Sharps Technology +8, DeFi Dev +5, BitMine Immersion Technologies +4, SharpLink Gaming +3, Bullish +2, Riot Platforms +1.
β’ Crypto stocks jumped in overnight trading: Tron and Bitfarms +8, GameSquare +7, BitMine +5, Riot, SharpLink and Bit Digital +3.
β’ BITF is pumping with bitcoin at 116,700.
π¦ Positioning and Valuation
β’ Market Cap: 1.22B | P/S: 4.94 | P/B: 1.83 | Equity: 552.6M
β’ 52 week range: 0.67 to 2.76
β’ Liquidity: $230M (85M cash and 145M unencumbered BTC)
β’ BTC holdings: ~2,914 BTC mined YTD
β’ Fundamentals: Q2 revenue +33 percent YoY to $67M, gross margins ~43 percent despite halving
β’ Analyst average target: $3.95, but breakout trajectory already outpacing this
β’ Compared with CIFR and IREN on BTC holdings and debt, BITFβs positioning is solid. Peer re-rate scenarios imply 7.05 (CIFR) and 16.07 (IREN).
π§ Probability and Risk Controls
Iβm using the weekly cloud body and the RSI trend break as guardrails. If price loses the cloud body decisively or IV expansion fades while open interest stalls, Iβll expect digestion before the next leg. Otherwise continuation remains my base case.
π Top 10 Bullish List π
Opendoor OPEN; Synopsys SNPS; Micron MU; AbbVie ABBV; Warner Bros. Discovery WBD; Circle CRCL; Grab GRAB; Cipher Mining CIFR; Bitfarms BITF; loanDepot LDI.
πβ With IV at 162 and more than 116K contracts traded, where does the one-week expected move place the 3.00 to 4.00 strike zone, and how far could dealer hedging extend an upside feedback loop toward 5 to 7 if BTC holds above 116,000?
π Conclusion
I'm planting the flag! This is a textbook laggard to leader reversal with structure, momentum and flows aligned. Ichimoku penetration, RSI reset, options fuel, insider alignment and the AI and HPC narrative create an asymmetric setup. My probability-weighted path is Base to Bull with a high likelihood of prints above 4.75 in the coming weeks and credible optionality into double digits on a peer re-rate. This is foresight grounded in tape, structure and positioning.

Well you really seem to know your stuff considering you're not an analyst by trade! Good stuff π
Have to admit that I have no idea what you mean by the weekly ichimoku cloud π«£ I better Google it π¬ There's so much I need to learn regarding trading and the markets, especially since I've only really properly got into it over the last year or
so. I find it really interesting though and I'm actually considering doing a career change next year by studying financial advice π²π©βπ»
