This short call option contract was opened earlier in the week as a quick scalping trade. It didn’t play out as expected at first, so I held onto it until today, when APP finally pulled back after a strong run throughout the week. With that pullback, the short call briefly moved into profit, giving me the chance to close the position before the stock pushed higher again.
In the end, the trade worked out—not on the timeline I initially planned, but with patience it still delivered the result I was aiming for.
