My most painful bagholder story has to be with FFIE — which later rebranded to $Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(FFAI)$ but still couldn’t change its fate. I bought the dip thinking it was a “cheap EV play,” only to watch it keep sinking. At first, I told myself it was just market sentiment, but deep down I knew the fundamentals were weak.

Months stretched into a year, and I kept holding, hoping for some miracle recovery or big announcement. Instead, it just bled further, and checking the price felt like holding a lottery ticket rather than an investment. Calling it a “lousy bullshit company” is honestly too kind — the hype never matched reality.

Eventually, I took the L and moved on. It was a hard lesson, but it taught me not to confuse “cheap” with “value” and to avoid story stocks without solid execution. Painful at the time, but at least I can laugh about it now — and hopefully never repeat the same mistake.
