On top of the original practical benefits, we’ve introduced two powerful new features: Research access privileges and exclusive investment events— Access to buy-side research and strategic discussions for deeper market understanding.

We’re rolling out the app update in phases — head to App > Profile > Membership Center and make sure your Tiger Trade App is updated to version 9.3.7 to check out your new membership tier and unlock exclusive investment privileges! We've also answered some common questions below to help you quickly understand the new membership system.

1. Why did we revamp the membership system? What are the benefits?

To better reflect real investment behavior and deliver more valuable benefits, we’ve optimized the structure and growth logic of the membership system. With the upgrade, you’ll enjoy a clearer growth path, more efficient tier progression, and benefits that better match your investment needs — truly a system where the more you use, the more valuable it becomes. 2. How do I become a Tiger member? What’s changed in the membership levels?

If you’re wondering why your previous tier (like L7) is no longer showing — don’t worry! The previous 9-tier structure (L1–L9) has been simplified into three new levels: Standard Member, Elite Member, and Prestige Member, determined by your growth points. Simply make your first deposit to become a Tiger member! Your growth point is based on your asset value and trading activity over the past 90 days. 3. FAQs: Tier upgrade and downgrade process

Q: How does the upgrade process work?

A: Tier progression is determined by two primary mechanisms:

Fast Track Option: Completion of Accredited Investor certification results in an automatic upgrade to Prestige member status.

Standard Upgrade: Users who are not certified may progress through tiers based on changes in net asset value and trading activity. When the growth point meets the system-defined threshold, the applicable tier is automatically applied.

Q: What happens if a score (growth point) decreases?

A: If a user's growth point falls below the required threshold for their current tier, a 30-day downgrade protection period is triggered. During this time, the existing tier and associated benefits are maintained. If the growth point returns to the required level within this period, the current tier remains unchanged.
