【Precious Metals】At the New York close, spot gold rose 0.99% to $3,348.46 per ounce, while COMEX gold futures increased 0.99% to $3,391.90 per ounce. The Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index closed up 2.21% at 230.27 points. Spot silver climbed 1.34% to $37.8920 per ounce, and COMEX silver futures advanced 1.49% to $37.890 per ounce.
【Crude Oil】WTI September crude oil futures rose $0.86, or nearly 1.38%, to settle at $63.21 per barrel. Brent October crude oil futures gained $1.05, or over 1.59%, to close at $66.84 per barrel.

The market isn’t forgiving—shares fell nearly 7% yesterday, wiping out earlier gains. Investors worry about dilution and doubt whether new funds will drive real progress in Intel’s foundry push. Leadership changes with Lip-Bu Tan offer promise, but political noise around him adds uncertainty.
To me, Intel is high-risk, high-reward. If they secure capital, win foundry customers, and lean on U.S. support, the upside could be big. But until execution improves and AI positioning is clearer, I’d rather watch closely than chase.
