Propnex: The SG60 Underdog That Even Warren Buffett Would Back

Revenue soared 73.3% year on year to SGD 299.5 million.

Net Profit jumped 122.4% to SGD 21.1 million, lifting margins by 7.05%.

Interim dividend is 5 cents per share, with a 88% payout ratio.  The current dividend yield is 3.94%.  PropNex goes ex dividend on August 25 with a pay date on September 10.

Phillips Securities lifts its target price to SGD 2.02, projecting a flurry of over 7700 new apartments for sale in 2H25 and robust earnings growth.

UOB Kay Hian pegs fair value at SGD 2.00, forecasting a SGD 0.08 dividend per share in 2025 for a 5% yield.

Their bullish outlook reinforce a simple truth : PropNex's fundamentals are firing on all cylinders.  In fact Propnex has reached its all time high of SGD 2.06 recently.

Stock Performance Snapshot 

PropNex is up 34% this week and has skyrocketed 113% year todate.  In 2024, PropNex has jumped 156%.  Since its SGX listing in 2018, PropNex is up a whopping 680%.

Concluding Thoughts 

From the one room struggles of his youth to helming Singapore's largest real estate agency, Ismail Gafoor's odyssey mirrors a nation fueled by ambition, resilience and unwavering belief. 

My own 423% return is a personal chapter in that grand narrative - a reminder that when you back quality, long term value, you are not just investing in a stock, you are investing in a story.  As Singapore raises its flag for SG60, PropNex stands tall - A Buffett worthy beacon of disciplined growth, homegrown pride and the promise that bold dreams can still redefine a skyline.
