Many years ago I felt it was one of my worst investment mistakes to buy Keppel. I had bought it at $8. But with all the dividends at around 4% over the years and now in some snug profits, it is not too bad. The PE ratio is around 15, and it has shown itself to be capable of astute, strategic transformation such assets monetisation, it is a keeper.
