Google’s AI stack isn’t just scaling faster -- it’s being used more intensively, with far more real-world inference than Microsoft.

AFTER EVERYTHING $Microsoft(MSFT)$ INVESTED -- OPENAI MOVES INFERENCE TO $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ TPUS
This tells you two things:
1. Compute is constrained. Margins are tightening. Even the most advanced lab in the world needs cheaper, scalable inference -- and Google’s TPU stack delivers it.
2. This isn’t just a chip play. Google controls the model (Gemini), the hardware (TPUs) & the interface (Search, Gmail, YouTube, Android). That’s MASSIVE leverage.
Inference is where the money is.
Training is occasional. Inference is constant.
This isn’t just a win for TPUs.
It’s a validation of Google’s full-stack flywheel -- and Google’s loop is already live.
