The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 235.36 points, or 0.56%, to 42,225.32, the S&P 500 rose 37.9 points, or 0.67%, to 5,670.97 and the Nasdaq Composite rose 151.16 points, or 0.87%, to 17,601.05.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ stock rose 5.3% in regular trading on Wednesday, following a Politico report that said Elon Musk, the electric-vehicle maker's CEO, plans to step away from his government role in the coming weeks. The stock declined earlier in the session after first-quarter deliveries from Tesla widely missed estimates. The company delivered 336,681 vehicles in the first quarter, down 13% from a year earlier. Wall Street was looking for about 378,000 vehicles.
$Newsmax Inc.(NMAX)$ declined 77% on Wednesday. The conservative-leaning media company rose 179% on Tuesday after soaring 735% in its trading debut on Monday.
Shares of $Trump Media & Technology(DJT)$ tumbled 7.4% after the company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to allow a trust headed by President Donald Trump to sell around $2.3 billion in stock. There are no current plans to do so, however, the company noted.

Time to buy!! Yes, But the way market is going down by artificially created panic, if we keep buying, soon the personal reserve will be zero. It is not advisable to take out savings just to invest in falling market. Everyone needs to be cautious. Play safe, very safe. I am keeping 7% strategy for few selected stocks, when it falls more than 6.9% I am triggering a buy.
