Option Strategies: NFLX
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option analysis with you!
1.
$Netflix(NFLX)$ We are in! Sold a strangle (not sure why Fidelity keeps calling it a straddle). As mentioned, we are playing this for assignment of shares. Willing to take shares at just below the 200EMA. Sold a few more 730P in an IRA and other account. Jan 24 expiry.
Sold a naked call on top of it just to squeeze out more premium. Naked calls are risky, but we don't see a 20%+ move happening on NFLX. If it does, that would be very surprising. It is possible though.
