I believe it has to do with the Nasdaq inclusion plus securing more Bitcoin now at lower prices rather than later much more expensive. Also the more shares outstanding the better for the weight on the Nasdaq compared to the other companies. The more shares created is actually a good thing because the funds, etc will buy more automatically based on its greater weight, something like that. I understand that creating mores shares is actually good for MSTR holders. I don’t do this for living so that’s the best I can explain from what I read. Perhaps others can explain better.
