I dislike that supermarket vouchers are in denomination of $10. Why can’t they give it in $5 where it is easier for purchase? Maybe that’s why older folks sold theirs in black market.
I don’t think it is an effective way to combat inflation. I will never be able to enjoy the incentives provided by NTUC eg spending $60 CDC vouchers will receive a $6 NTUC voucher. I hardly spent more than $20 in NTUC - unless I buy a whole salmon which can be $45 and above.
